location: the hotel was right by the center from vinwonders, safari and grand world and phu quoc. the staff was amicable and made it a such great stay. enjoyed to spend 2 days in our beautiful villa with make-up mirrors in the bedroom and the bedroom, as for instance.

delicious breakfast

The villa was fantastic with a private pool that gave the feeling of a little oasis, and the breakfast was a delicious start to our days. We loved the spa services and the outdoor swimming pool area for some quality relaxation time. Just a heads up, the villa pool could've used a bit more maintenance, but it didn't ruin our fun 😊

We had a beautiful and clean room where an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an iron were available. The staff was very kind and pleasant and provided NICE service. It was a marvellous location short walk to Vinwonders park, Safari, Grand world and Casino.

My kids wished the rides at VinWonders were operating. It was disappointing to see many attractions closed, and the power outage didn't help our situation at all.

We got amazing value for a spacious 3-bedroom villa with fine ocean views. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions, and the staff were very good too help us with everything we needed.

The conference centers offered contemporary architecture and modern facilities accommodating large groups comfortably. Cons: I missed having a business center for urgent work needs during my stay.

The free shuttle service to attractions was a major plus. The tuk tuk service was organized and prompt. The private pool in our four-bedroom villa was perfect for family relaxation. I loved the garden view from the villa. It enhanced our family bonding time!

The villa furnishings could use some updating.
